Siniat has launched a new video series, Better Together with Garry, on YouTube. Watch the first episode here or at the end of this article.
The videos follow a ‘How To’ format and feature Siniat Technical Field Manager Garry McCarron.
“The aim of the series is to provide practical and hands-on advice to the people using our products. It can be anything from framing to taping to avoiding glancing light issues; it can address any of the frequently asked questions we receive,” explained Stephanie Olsen, Siniat Marketing Manager.
The video series will be an excellent addition to the Siniat Blueprint – the comprehensive Siniat technical manual. It is therefore not a surprise that the first episode focuses on navigating the Blueprint in both the digital and hard copy version.
“The Siniat Blueprint contains the answers to most of the questions I receive on a daily basis,” said Garry. “The Blueprint is the start of what I call the critical path; from planning to procurement to the installation of our full systems. Instead of just telling customers what they should be doing, I always refer them back to the Blueprint.
“If customers follow the process as outlined in Blueprint, they should have no issues when their project is inspected by a third party. The Blueprint contains a wealth of information, and it’s really easy to navigate,” Garry added.
The Blueprint has just been updated and is available for download here. A hard copy can be ordered after completion of the online form.
“We realise that many people still prefer a hard copy, but with more than 700 pages of information, it’s become quite a heavy book to carry around all day. I have downloaded the document on my mobile phone and stored it as an e-book. I just find it much more practical and easier to use,” said Garry.
Customers are invited to send questions for future episodes of Better Together with Garry to askgarry@siniat.com.au. And don’t forget to subscribe to the Siniat Australia channel to see future episodes.
“It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or an experienced tradesman, there’s always room to learn something new. So don’t hesitate to send questions about anything relating to plastering and the installation of Siniat systems,” Garry said.
